Debra Hoyt is a senior executive with more than twenty-five years of broad business experience acquired through progressively responsible assignments in human resources, financial services and consulting focused on improving overall business performance. Her areas of expertise include human resources management, business strategy development, organizational and functional design, process assessment and design, as well as the development of measurement and management information systems to track the impact of human capital strategies on the overall strategic and financial plans of the company.

Prior to joining Chamberlin Edmonds, Debra held the position of Vice President, Human Capital Management and Organizational Effectiveness for Cox Business Services, a division of Cox Communications. She joined Cox as the senior HR partner to assist in establishing a centrally managed startup focused on an $8.1 billion commercial opportunity in bundled telecommunications solutions. She was instrumental in defining vision, mission, organizational structure, salary ranges, compensation plans, as well as staffing this new venture, to include the selection of the General Manager.

Her early career was in banking where she held leadership positions in Cash Management, Cash Management Sales, Training, Human Resources, and line management with Wachovia. She also held the position of Vice President, Treasury Operations, RJR Nabisco, Atlanta Headquarters.

Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with high honors, from Georgia State University, and has an extensive list of business related continuing education courses acquired during her career in large corporate.
